IPM is wholly owned by Wendy Fergerson who has spent the last 16 years in the printing industry. After a number of years as a production-trained print salesman, she struck out on her own and created Fergerson and Associates to allow her the independence to offer an unusual level of personalized customer service to her very loyal customers. In 2004, with the desire to offer many of those same customers a more complete print supply chain, Wendy purchased shares in Intelligent Print Management. Now, four years later, she is the sole owner and officer.
